Hear & Be Heard Virtual Retreat | March 14-15, 2026
A live two-day online experience designed for pre-teens and teens ages 11–18 who love someone with ALS or who have lost a loved one. This retreat is is proudly being presented by Hope Loves Company about being heard and hearing others who understand.

What to Expect
Early Registration Gift
Dates: Saturday, March 14 & Sunday, March 15, 2026
Time: 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM ET (both days)
Format: Live, interactive online retreat
Breakout Groups: Ages 11–13 and 14–18
Participation Limited: 20 participants
Led by experienced facilitators, child life specialists, and grief-informed professionals, this retreat is intentionally designed to create a safe, welcoming space. Each young person participates at their own comfort level.
We keep this experience intentionally small to preserve the integrity of meaningful conversation and ensure each participant feels seen and supported.
To celebrate this retreat, the first 20 registered participants will receive a $250 UGG gift certificate, generously donated in support of this event.
