President
Teresa, the Chief Marketing Officer for BrightStar Care, was inspired to join the Board of Directors by a young woman she considered her "third daughter" who passed away from ALS. Her professional expertise and personal passion are invaluable to the organization.

Christine Hopkins Reagan
VP, Secretary
Christine is the Visual and Performing Arts Director with Sarasota County Schools. Her involvement in ALS advocacy began at age 16 after her father's diagnosis, and she brings a strong background in education and community engagement to her role.

Jaramogi Adams
Treasurer
Jaramogi is an experienced c-suite leader with over a decade of experience in operations, finance, and technology from companies like American Express and Twitter. He is dedicated to leveraging his professional skills to support philanthropy and youth development.

Albert Cooper III
Board Member
Albert joined the board after his daughter, Sara E.K. Cooper, a long-time board member, passed away from complications associated with ALS. He is committed to honoring her legacy and raising awareness of the emotional impact of the disease on families.

Sarah is a media personality and dedicated ALS advocate with a strong background in journalism and non-profit work. She is the founder of Sarah's Caregiver Community, which provides crucial support for young adult female caregivers of loved ones with ALS.

Aleksandra Stein, PhD
Board Member
Aleksandra's career is focused on strategic transformation across various industries. She leverages her expertise to help organizations build sustainable foundations and is committed to raising awareness for the impact of ALS on children and families.

Jamey Piggott
Board Member
Jamey's passion for the ALS community was born from his best friend's personal battle with the disease. A former entertainment agency manager, he now serves on the HLC Board as part of a formal partnership with the ALS Hope Foundation, where he works to raise awareness and funding.
